HuanLan's rules fall into gameplay rules and public-chat rules. The tables below list the penalty range for each rule: a first violation receives the first-offense penalty, another violation the repeat-offense penalty, and serious or repeated violations lead to a ban. Staff decide whether a rule was broken and which level applies.
"Jail for n days" means staff decide the number of days; "300w" means 3,000,000 coins (w = 10,000).
